Ingredients

  • 3 Large Diced Mangoes

     

  • Sugar: 3 Tbsp (Depends on the Sweetness of your Mango)

  • Condensed Milk: 180 gm

  • Milk: 1/2 Cup

  • Whipping Cream: 2/3 Cup

Method and Instructions

  • Ice Cream Mixture
  • In a Blender add 3 Large Diced Mangoes, Sugar and blend the ingredients well.

  • Take out some of the Mango Puree for Later Use.

  • Add 180 gm Condensed Milk and 1/2 Cup Milk in the Blender.
    Blend all the Ingredients Well

  • Making of Ice Cream
  • Beat 2/3 Cup Chilled Whipping Cream till Stiff Peaks Form.

  • Add the Mango/Milk Mixture and Beat Well.

  • Add Small Mango Chunks in the Ice Cream Base

  • Pour Half of the Base in the Serving Dish and Add the Remaining Mango Puree

  • Pour the Rest of the Base and Lastly Add Drops of Mango Puree over the Ice Cream and Spread Gently with a Spoon on the Surface.

  • Cover Properly with Cling Wrap and Freeze Overnight or for 8 Hours.

    Very Easy and Delicious, Mango Ice Cream is Ready to be Served.
