Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter (Melted): 250 gm

  • Castor Sugar: 250 gm

  • Eggs: 4

  • Vanilla Essence: 2 Tsp

  • Salt: 1 Pinch

  • Milk: 1/4 Cup or 8 Tbsp

  • All Purpose Flour: 250 gm

  • Baking Powder: 2 Tsp

  • Cocoa Powder: 2 tbsp

  • Milk: 4 Tbsp

Method and Instructions

  • Take 250 gm melted Unsalted Butter, add 250 gm Castor Sugar while whisking the butter. Beat for 10 Minutes.

  • Add 4 Eggs one by one, then add 2 Tsp Vanilla Essence, 1 pinch Salt and 4 Tbsp Milk.

  • Keep Mixing and gradually add 250 gm all Purpose Flour and add 2 Tsp of Baking Powder. 

  • Add the leftover Milk and Flour, Take out Half of the Batter in a Separate Bowl. 

  • Add 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder, In the Separate Batter, pour 4 Tbsp of milk and mix well.

  • Grease a Baking Pan with Oil or Butter Paper.

  • Add 1 Layer of the Vanilla Batter and then add the Chocolate Batter.

  • Again add the Vanilla Batter and Continue the Process.

  • Tap the Baking Pan to Spread the Batter and Remove Air Bubbles. Bake in Preheated Oven at 180˚C for 45 Minutes.

    Easy and Tasty, Marble Cake is ready.

Note:

  • Pre-heat Oven at maximum temperature for 10-15 minutes.
