Ingredients

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Boneless chicken cubes 500gm

  • Paprika 1 Tsp

  • Cumin Powder 1 Tsp

  • Chicken Powder 1 Tbsp

  • White Pepper 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Chilli Sauce 1 Tbsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 Piece

  • Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp

  • For Pizza Sauce
  • Oil: 3 Tbsp

  • Onion: 1 Medium (Chopped)

  • Tomatoes: 3 (Boiled and blended)

  • Red chilli flakes 1 Tsp

  • Roasted and crushed Cumin 1 Tsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Ginger powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Garlic powder 1 Tsp

  • Basil Leaves 5 to 6

  • 1 Tbsp Corn flour dissolved in 2Tbsp of water

  • For Pizza Dough
  • Instant Yeast 1 Sachet

  • Sugar 2 Tsp

  • Salt. 1 Tsp

  • All purpose flour: 4 Cups

Method and Instructions

  • Chicken Preparation
  • Mix all the ingredients of Chicken Marination (mentioned above) well and marinate the chicken for 45 minutes.

  • In a frying Pan add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil and fry the marinated chicken, when it turns white and tender its done.

  • Preparation of Pizza Sauce
  • In a Pan add 3Tbsp oil then add 1 medium finely chopped Onion till its translucent.

  • Add three boiled and blended tomatoes ( puree ), Basil Leaves 5 to 6, Red chilli flakes 1 Tsp, Roasted and crushed Cumin 1 Tsp, Salt 1 Tsp, Ginger powder 1/2 Tsp, Garlic powder 1 Tsp, cook till the sauce is thickened.

  • Then add 1 Tbsp Corn flour dissolved in 2 Tbsp of water.

  • Blend the mixture and cook for further few minutes till it appears shiny and smooth.

  • Dough Preparation
  • Mix all the ingredients of Pizza dough (mentioned above) in 1 Cup Luke Warm Water and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Add this yeast mixture with 4 cups of all purpose flour in a mixing bowl, knead a soft and bouncy dough by adding water gradually. wrap with cling and set a side till dough rise to double in size.

  • Assembling
  • Spread rolled out dough in a greased large size pizza pan.

  • Dock the dough with the fork

  • First layer the pizza sauce then spread fried chicken and vegetables.

  • Use diced yellow bell peppers, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, sweet corns, sliced onions, top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese and sprinkle dried oregano.

  • Bake the Pizza in Pre-heated Oven at 250˚C for 15-20 minutes.

Note:

  • Pre-heat oven at maximum temperature for 15 minutes.
