Ingredients

  • Dough Preparation
  • Water 1 Cup

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Sugar 1 Tsp

  • Instant Yeast 1 Sachet

  • For Minced Beef
  • Oil : 3 Tbsp

  • Onions 2 Medium (Chopped)

  • Minced Beef 400 gm

  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tbsp

  • Tomatoes 3 medium (Diced)

  • Salt 1.5 Tsp

  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp

  • Coriander (Roasted & Crushed) 1 Tbsp

  • Cumin Seeds (Roasted & Crushed) 1/2 Tbsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Coriander 1/2 Cup (Chopped)

  • For Buns
  • Butter to Fry

  • Dried Parsley

  • Grated Garlic

Method and Instructions

  • Mix water, salt, sugar and yeast and let it rest for 5 minutes.

  • In a mixing Bowl take All purpose Flour 3 Cups, add Oil 2 Tbsp, add the yeast mixture, knead and add water gradually to make a soft dough. Wrap with cling and let it rest till the dough double in size.

  • In a Pan take Oil 3 Tbsp, add Chopped Onions 2 medium, fry till translucent and pink.

  • then add Minced Beef 400 Gm, fry till change its colour then add Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tbsp, Diced tomatoes 3 medium, Salt 1.5 Tsp, Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tsp, Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp, Coriander (Roasted & Crushed). 1 Tbsp, Cumin Seeds (Roasted & Crushed) 1/2 Tbsp, Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp, Mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes. when its done add Chopped Coriander 1/2 Cup.

  • Take out dough and divide into equal size 24 balls.

    Take each ball and stuff with minced beef.

  • Apply oil or butter to fry pan, place all the stuffed buns in pan, Cover and cook on high flame for 1minute then on medium low for next 2 minutes, buns start to swell and rise, apply butter mixed with dried parsley and grated garlic on top of buns and flip the side, cook from other side.

    Serve with Chutney or Sauce.
