Ingredients

  • Oil : 5 Tbsp

  • Grated Garlic : 2 Tbsp

  • Grated Ginger : 1 Tbsp

  • Tomatoes : 4 medium

  • Salt : 2 Tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp

  • Turmeric : 1 Tsp

  • Chopped green Chillies : 1 Tbsp

  • Cauliflower : 200 gm

  • Carrots : 200 gm

  • Peas : 200 gm

  • Cluster Beans : 100 gm

  • Diced Potatoes : 200 gm

  • Thinly Sliced Ginger : 1 Tbsp

  • Roasted/Crushed Cumin Seeds : 2 Tsp

  • Green chillies : 3

  • Coriander : 1/4 Cup

Method and Instructions

  • Take 5 Tbsp Oil in a Wok, add Grated Garlic & ginger, Tomatoes, Cover & cook for 5 minutes, mash the tomatoes.

  • Add Salt, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Chopped green Chillies, Cauliflower, Carrots, Peas, Cluster Beans, and diced Potatoes.

  • Mix all the veggies well, Cover & cook for 15 minutes.

    Cook for a while to dry water, add thinly Sliced Ginger, roasted/Crushed Cumin Seeds, Green chillies, Coriander.

    Cover & Cook on Low Flame for 1 Minutes, Mixed Vegetables are Ready to Serve.
