Ingredients

  • Makhan (Butter): 200 gm

  • Cheeni (Castor Sugar): 200 gm

  • Anday (Eggs): 4

  • Namak (Salt): 1 Pinch

  • Vanilla Essence: 1 Tsp

  • Baking Powder: 2 Tsp

  • Maida (Flour): 200 gm

Method and Instructions

  • In a Bowl, add the Butter & beat it till it becomes creamy & white. Then add Sugar and beat till well combined.

  • Now add 4 Eggs one by one while beating. Add the Salt, Vanilla Essence & Baking Powder & beat well.

  • Now add the Flour gradually while beating in between. When all the flour is added, beat well one last time. Then add this Batter in a Greased or butter paper lined Baking pan and Bake it in a pre-heated oven on 250˚C for 20 minutes or more.

  • Check if the Cake is ready by inserting a skewer in the cake, if it comes out clean from different places, then the cake is ready.

    Serve with Tea and Enjoy!

Note:

  • Pre-heat the oven at maximum temperature for 5-10 minutes
