Ingredients

  • Eggs 3

  • Red Chilli Flakes. 1 Tsp

  • Salt. 1 -1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Crushed 1 Tsp

  • Cumin Seeds Crushed 1 Tsp

  • Rice Flour 1.5 Tbsp

  • All Purpose Flour 1.5 Tbsp

  • Chopped Coriander 1 Cup

  • Green Chillies deseeded & sliced 4

  • Grated Potatoes 3 ( Soaked & Drained)

  • Oil to fry egg mixture

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • Cheddar Cheese

Method and Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl take 3 Eggs, Whisk well then add Red Chilli Flakes, Salt, Black Pepper Crushed, Cumin Seeds Crushed, Rice Flour, All Purpose Flour, Chopped Coriander, Green Chillies deseeded & sliced, Grated Potatoes 3 ( Soaked & Drained), Mix well to make a thick mixture

  • Then, add oil in a fry pan and pour half mixture and spread evenly in a pan, cover and cook for a while then sprinkle Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese all over the omelette and spread the remaining half of omelette mixture, cover & cook, when bottom side is done carefully flip the top side with the help of platter, when both sides are done its ready to serve.
