Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken: 300 gm

  • Oil: 4 Tbsp

  • Lehsan (garlic): 2 Tbsp

  • Pyaz (Onion): 1 Small

  • Kali Mirch (Black Pepper): 1/2 Tsp

  • Namak (Salt): as per Taste

  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Red Chilli Flakes): 1/2 Tsp

  • Oregano: 1/2 Tsp

  • For Egg Mixture
  • Anday (Eggs): 2

  • Doodh (Milk): 1/4 Cup

  • Cheese: 100 gm

  • Namak (Salt): 1/4 Tsp

  • Kali Mirch (Black Pepper): 1/4 Tsp

  • Nutmeg (Jaifil): 1/4 Tsp

  • For Crust
  • Maida (Flour): 2 Cups

  • Namak (Salt): 1/4 Tsp

  • Makhan (Butter): 125 gm

  • Ande ki Zardi (Egg Yolk): 1

  • Doodh (Milk): 1 Tbsp

Method and Instructions

  • To make the Chicken, first add oil & fry the garlic a little in a pan. Add the Chicken & fry till it turns white. Then cover & cook it for 5 minutes.
    Add the Onions & all the Spices & fry well till water dries.
    Your chicken is ready!

  • Now for the Egg Mixture, use any small utensil and beat the eggs & milk with a fork, till the mixture is smooth. Add the Spices & mix the Cheese in it. Set this Egg Mixture aside.

  • Finally on the Crust! Add the salt & butter in the flour and knead a crumbly mixture. Now add the milk & egg yolk and knead a Dough.
    Roll this dough on a butter paper about 1 cm Thick. Place the dough in a 9 inch Pie Pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes & then bake it for 25 minutes on 250 ˚C in a pre heated oven.

  • Let the crust cool, and spread all the Chicken in the crust. Sprinkle a little Cheese snd then pour all the Egg Mixture all over the Chicken. Sprinkle more Cheese on it & lastly sprinkle Oregano.
    Bake in a pre heated oven on 250 ˚C for 15 minutes.

Note:

  • Pre-heat Oven at a maximum Temperature for 5-10 minutes
