Ingredients

  • Gram Flour 2 Cups

  • Fennel Seeds Crushed 1.5 Tsp

  • Crushed Coriander 1.5 Tsp

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • Crushed Cumin Seeds 1.5 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/4th Tsp

  • Water 1.5 Cups

  • Potatoes: 2 Small sliced in round

  • Onions 3 medium sliced in round

  • Egg Plant 2 small sliced in round

Method and Instructions

  • Take Gram Flour, crushed Funnel Seeds, Crushed Coriander, Salt, Crushed Cumin Seeds, Red Chili Flakes, Baking Soda in a bowl and gradually mix with 1.5 cups water to make thick batter.

  • Sprinkle any seasoning on slices and hold with tooth pick, dip in the batter and deep fry.

    Sabzi Pakoras are ready to Serve!
