Ingredients

  • Sugar : 1 Cup

  • Milk : 1.5 Litre

  • Crushed Green Cardamom : 6

  • Khoya : 1/2 kg

  • Crushed Almonds : 3 Tbsp

  • Crushed Pistachios : 3 Tbsp

  • Bread Crumbs : 5 Tbsp

  • Cream : 250 ml

  • Cornflour : 2 Tbsp

Method and Instructions

  • Take 1 cup sugar, use 1/3 cup to Caramelize the Sugar on low flame and leave the rest sugar for later use.

  • Now add 1.5 litre Milk, keep stirring until Caramel completely dissolves, Add Crushed Green Cardamom, half kg Khoya, Keep Stirring to mix the Khoya.

  • Add Crushed Almonds, Crushed Pistachios, Breadcrumbs and mix well.

  • Add 250 ml Cream, Add the remaining Sugar, Add 2 Tbsp Cornflour dissolved in 3 Tbsp Water.

  • Cook & keep Stirring until the mixture becomes thick. Pour the Mixture in a Container & Refrigerate for 8 to 10 Hours.
