Ingredients

  • Milk 1.5 Litre

  • Cardamom Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Kewra Water 2 Tbsp

  • Sugar 1 & 1/4 Cups

  • Vermicelli 1 Packet

  • Ghee or Butter 3 Tbsp

  • Oil: 3 Tbsp

  • Dry Dates (1/2 Cup, Soaked, Drained & Sliced)

  • Almonds (1/2 Cup, Soaked, Peeled & Sliced)

  • Cashews 1/4 Cup (Chopped)

  • Raisins 1/4 Cup (Soaked & Drained)

  • Pistachios 1/4 Cup (Sliced)

  • Coconut 2 Inch Piece (Sliced)

Method and Instructions

  • Add 3 Tbsp Oil in a pan add Dry Dates, Almonds, Cashews, Raisins, Pistachios and Coconut. Fry all the Dry Fruits in a Pan. 

  • Fry Vermicelli 1 Packet on low flame till Light Brown in 3 Tbsp Ghee or Butter.

  • Boil 1.5 Litre Milk, Add 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder, 2 Tbsp Kewra Water, Sugar 1 + 1/4 Cups.

  • when sugar is dissolved, Add fried dry fruits and Vermicelli. Cook for 10 minutes.

    Dish out, Refrigerate, Serve & Enjoy.
