Method and Instructions

  • Boiled Rice 4 cups

  • For Topping
  • Oil 1/4th Cup

  • Garlic Sliced 4 Cloves

  • Sliced & Deseeded Green Chillies 4

  • For Fried Chicken
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp

  • Boneless Chicken Julienne cut 500gm

  • Salt 1.5 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp

  • Zeera Powder 1.5 Tbsp

  • For Fried Veggies & Spaghetti
  • Grated Garlic 2 Cloves

  • Red Carrots Julienne cut 1 Cup

  • Cabbage Sliced 1 Cup

  • Capsicums Julienne Cut 1 Cup

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • White Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 Tsp

  • Hot Sauce 1 Tbsp

  • Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp

  • Boiled and drained Spaghetti Half Packet

  • For Sauce
  • Mayonnaise 1 Cup

  • Water 1/4th Cup

  • Red chilli Flakes 1 Tsp

  • Chilli Garlic Sauce 1/2 Cup

  • Worcester Shire Sauce 1/3 Cup

  • Oyster Sauce 1/3 Cup

Directions

  • Take all ingredients of Topping (mentioned above) in a pan and Fry in oil till brown and crispy.

  • Take out the fried Garlic and Chillies and keep aside for later use as topping.

    Reserve oil for frying veggies and chicken.

  • In a Pan take half of the reserved oil, Add 1 Tbsp ginger Garlic Paste, fry well then add Boneless Chicken, Cover & cook till tender and water is dried.

  • Then add all the remaining ingredients of Fried Chicken (mentioned above) Mix & fry well and take out in a bowl, set aside for later use.

  • In a Same pan take remaining half oil, add all the ingredients of Fried Veggies and Spaghetti (mentioned above).

  • Keep frying vegetables on medium high flame.

  • Then add Boiled and drained Spaghetti Half Packet.
    Stir frying spaghetti and vegetables till done.

  • Mix all the ingredients of Sauce (mentioned above), Mix Well and fill in a Sauce Bottle

  • In a deep dish first layer Boiled Rice 400gm

  • Pour the prepared Sauce on Rice, then layer with fried Veggies and Spaghetti and again pour the Sauce. Place fried Chicken, pour some more sauce,

  • On top sprinkle fried Garlic & Chillies
