Ingredients

  • For Powder Seasoning
  • Coriander Seeds 1.5 Tbsp

  • Poppy Seeds 1 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Corns 1 Tsp

  • Roasted Peanuts 1 Tbsp

  • Sesame Seeds 1 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp

  • Ginger Powder 1/2 Tbsp

  • Salt 1.5 Tsp

  • For Sauce
  • Lemon Juice 1 Piece

  • Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp

  • Soy Sauce 4 Tbsp

  • Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp

  • Powdered Seasoning 2 Tbsp

  • For Chicken & Vegetables
  • Boneless Chicken 500gm

  • Oil 3 Tbsp

  • Garlic Sliced 4 Cloves

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Powdered Seasoning 1 Tbsp

  • Spring Onions sliced 1 Cup

  • Ginger sliced 1 Inch Piece

  • Sauce 2.5 Tbsp

  • Chopped Coriander 1/2 Cup

  • Boiled and Strained Egg Noodles 1 Packet

  • Half Packet of Boiled and Strained Flower Macaronis

Method and Instructions

  • Grind all the spices mentioned above to make Powder Seasoning.

  • Take all the ingredients for Sauce (mentioned above) mix them well to make a Sauce.

  • In. a Pan add Oil 3 Tbsp, fry Garlic Sliced 4 Cloves, add Boneless Chicken 500gm, fry till chicken turns white, cover & cook for 10 minutes.Dry the water and add Salt 1 Tsp, sprinkle seasoning 1 Tbsp, add Spring Onions sliced 1 Cup, Ginger sliced 1 Inch Piece, Sprinkle Sauce 2.5 Tbsp, Chopped Coriander 1/2 Cup, continuously mixing the spices, veggies and chicken, now add boiled and strained Egg Noodles 1 Packet, 1 Tbsp of seasoning and 2 Tbsp of sauce, keep frying & mixing on medium high flame, then add Half Packet of boiled and strained Flower Macaronis.

    Dish Out in a serving Platter, garnish with Sauce and Seasoning.
