Ingredients

  • Mutton Ribs: 3 pieces of 1/2 Kg each

  • Yogurt: 1/4 Cup

  • Red Chilli powder: 1 Tbsp

  • Coriander Powder: 1 Tbsp

  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tbsp

  • Whole Spices: 1/2 Tbsp

  • Cumin Powder: 1 Tbsp

  • Salt: 1 Tbsp

  • Ginger Paste: 2 Tbsp

  • Garlic Paste: 2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice: 1 Lemon

Directions

  • Make holes in the Meat of the Mutton Ribs and marinate them with the given ingredients. Mix the ingredients in a separate bowl before adding it to them. Apply the Mixture all over each rib properly and marinate overnight.

  • Fry all the Mutton Ribs in 1/2 Cup Oil on High Flame till Golden Brown from both sides.

  • Now Wrap each rib in Aluminium Foil separately along with two green chillies & half a lemon. Make holes at their backside in the foil, so that any excess steam water pours out.

  • In a pressure cooker, add a little water and your favourite whole spices for aroma. Place a stand in side and make sure the water does not touch. place all three packed Mutton Ribs on the stand over each other, or any other way that fits. Cover the pressure cooker and cook on low flame for 1 Hour.

    Tender & Juicy Mutton Ribs are ready to be served.
