Ingredients

  • For Strawberry Sauce
  • Strawberries: 150 gm

  • Sugar: 4 Tbsp

  • Cream Cheese Mixture
  • Cream Cheese: 270 gm

  • Strawberry Essence: 1.5 Tsp

  • Pink Food Colour: 1 Pinch

  • Powdered Sugar: 200 gm

  • For Crust
  • Whipping Cream: 270 gm

  • Biscuits: 170 gm

  • Hot Water: 1/4 Cup

  • Gelatin: 4 Tsp

Method and Instructions

  • In a Sauce Pan add Strawberries and Sugar.
    Cover & Cook for 3 minutes on low Flame.
    Strawberry Sauce is Ready

  • In a Bowl add Cream Cheese and beat well. Add 1.5 Tsp Strawberry Essence, 1 Pinch Pink Food Colour, 200 gm Powdered Sugar and beat till the Sugar dissolves.

  • Put 170 gm Biscuits in a Zip Lock Bag and Crush Them Finely with a Rolling Pin
    Add 100 gm Melted Butter in the Powdered Biscuits and Mix Well.
    Apply Butter Papers on the Bottom and Sides of an 8 inch Spring form Pan.
    Press and Smooth the Crushed Biscuits on the Bottom of the Pan.
    Refrigerate for 10-15 Minutes.

  • Beat 270 gm Whipping Cream till Stiff Peaks Form.

    In a Bowl add 1/4 Cup Hot Water and 4 Tsp Gelatin, Mix Well.

    Add the Whipped Cream and Gelatin in the Cream Cheese Mixture.
    Mix Well and Pour this Mixture in the Cooled Pan with the Crust.
    Refrigerate till Hardens or Overnight if Necessary.
    Pour the Strawberry Sauce and Spread evenly on the Cheesecake.

    Serve and Enjoy.
