Ingredients

  • Eggs: 4

  • Boiled vegetables: 1 cup

  • Salt : 1 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Oil: 4 Tbsp

  • Green Chilies for Garnishing

Method and Instructions

  • Boil your Favourite Vegetables, Sprinkle Salt and Black pepper powder.

  • Now, Take 4 eggs, add 1 Tsp Salt and 1 Tsp Black pepper powder, Whisk well.

    Add 1/2 cup the boiled vegetables and leave the rest for later use. Mix it well.

  • Now, add 4 Tbsp Cooking oil in a frying pan. Add the mixture, Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. 

  • Sprinkle the remaining Vegetables and Cover & cook for 2 minutes.

    Garnish with deseeded Green Chillies

    Tasty Vegetable Omelette is Ready to Serve & Enjoy.
