Ingredients

  • Butter: 50 gm

  • Cream:1/2 Cup

  • Oil: 1/2 Cup

  • Vanilla Essence: 1.5 Tbsp

  • Instant Coffee: 1 Tbsp

  • Salt: 1 Pinch

  • Cheeni: 300 gm

  • Brown Sugar: 300 gm

  • Eggs: 4

  • Cocoa Powder: 115 gm

  • Flour: 200 gm

  • Walnuts: 1 Cup

Method and Instructions

  • Make the Brownie Batter by first mixing the cream & butter in a bowl. Add oil, vanilla essence, coffee and salt and beat well.
    Next, add the Brown and White Sugar and beat well.
    Add 4 eggs, one at a time while beating. Beat at least for 5 minutes after adding the eggs. Now add the cocoa powder and beat well. Once mixed well, add the flour and beat till mixed well. Lastly, add the walnuts and mix it in the batter using a spatula. The walnuts should be chopped into smaller pieces

  • In a butter paper lined, 9 by 6 inch baking pan, pour the brownie batter a tap it a few times. You can also add walnuts on top. Bake it in a pre-heated oven on 250 ˚C for 20-25 minutes. Check if it's done by inserting a wooden skewer in the brownie. If it comes out clean from different parts, then it is ready.
