Ingredients

  • Elbow Macaroni : 2 Cups

  • Salt: 2 Tbsp

  • Oil: 4 Tbsp

  • Capsicums: 2 Medium Size

  • Onions Sliced: 1 Large Size

  • Butter/Oil: 1/3 cup or 75 gm

  • Onions Finely Chopped: 1 medium size

  • Grated Garlic: 1 Tbsp

  • Flour: 1/3 Cup

  • Chicken Stock: 1 Cup or as required

  • Milk: 2 Cups

  • Oregano : 1/2 Tsp

  • Crushed Black Pepper: 1/2 Tsp

  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp

  • Mozzarella Cheese Slices: 2

  • Cheddar Cheese Slices: 2

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Boneless Chicken (cut in cubes): 1/2 kg

  • White Pepper: 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper: 1 Tsp

  • Salt: 1 Tsp

  • Garlic: 1 Tbsp

Method and Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients of Chicken Marination (mentioned above) and marinate the Chicken for 1 hour.

  • Take Water for Boiling Macaronis in a Pot, Add 2 cups Elbow Macaroni, Salt, Mix and Boil till the Macaronis become Soft.

    Strain the Macaronis and add a little Oil to Prevent Stickiness.

  • Add 4 Tbsp Oil in a Frying pan, Fry the Marinated Chicken, Cover and cook for 10 minutes and Take Out.

  • Add a little Oil to fry Vegetables, add Capsicums, Sliced Onion, and fry the Vegetables Well and Take them Out.

  • Take 1/3 cup or 75 gm Butter/Oil in the Pan and add Finely Chopped Onion, Grated Garlic, 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour, mix it well and add 1 cup Chicken Stock, Milk, Sprinkle Oregano, Crushed Black pepper, Salt, Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese slices.

    Cook them well, Then add Fried Chicken and Vegetables, Add the boiled macaronis and mix well. 

    Delicious White Sauce Pasta is Ready to Enjoy.
