Ingredients

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Chicken: 4 Breast Fillets

  • Salt: 1 & 1/2 Tsp

  • Egg White: 1

  • Black Pepper: 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Ginger Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Garlic Powder: 1/2 Tbsp

  • White Pepper Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Mustard Paste: 1/2 Tbsp

  • For Coating
  • Flour: 2 Cups

  • Cornflour: 1/2 Cup

  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp

  • Paprika Powder: 1 Tsp

  • For Zinger Sauce
  • Mayonnaise: 1/2 Cup

  • Chilli Garlic Sauce: 1/2 Cup

  • Mustard Paste: 2 Tbsp

Method and Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients of Chicken marination (mentioned above) and whisk well to make a mixture.

  • Dock the Chicken with a Fork and Mix it with the Marination Mixture. 

  • Take 2 Cups flour, 1/2 Cup Corn Flour, 1/2 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Paprika, Mix well.

  • Add the Marinated Chicken in the Coating, Coat well.

  • Shed the Excessive Flour and Dip in Cold Water. Coat again in the Flour.

  • Press the Flour on the Chicken for Crunchier Results. Do the Same Process with all the Chicken Fillets.

  • Mix All the Ingredients of Zinger Sauce well and set aside for later use.

  • Fry the Coated Chicken in Hot Oil, After Some time Low down the Flame.

  • Fry the Chicken till Golden Brown, Crispy Fried Chicken is Ready.

  • Apply a layer of Sauce on the Bun, Place a Lettuce Leaf and a Cheese Slice.

  • Place the Fried Chicken on Top, Pour the Zinger Sauce and Cover with the Bun.
